Valley ,don’t you know
lots of men armed with cameras who enjoy looking at trains ?
I think it would be cool ,if we could peace together who ran with the “box car killer”
At least we would be doing something ….. And he did seem to know about the murders.

and lived in quincy area for awhile
so he knew the area

and they meet all kinds of people in jail
so you know what happened

info from someone in jail ???
That’s what my gut tells me ... its not like we would all ,would like to hear news from home

David, as to your first
question, yes, quite likely.
As to your second question, given what I know about him so far, and all
the gaps in his timeline, I'd say that there is much more to him than
meets the eye.
He had to have been in the area from about a year before the murders, up to sometime in 1987, at least on and off. I don't know of him being a mill worker or a logger. what gives? Also, this is only in the Palmini book, so I'm a little uneasy mentioning this, but at the time Robert "confessed", he tied Cabin 28 to a double homicide of a middle aged couple in Havre in 1983. Palmini said it was checked out and Robert had no hole card to play in that one, but cops have made wrong calls, sometimes. You folks ought to read about victims McLean and Boyd. Palmini and Bruce Mellor of the KBI each have good cases with confessions. Unfortunately, for them to fit, Robert would have had to made it from Albany CA to Van Horn TX in 22 hours. From what is written, both those cops are absolutely clueless about trains. Can Robert tell the truth? Maybe if he feels the Second Coming is imminent.

Valley is correct … the
railroad is like a storage place more often then not … trains can, and do
sit for hours and hours…. 22 hours ... LOL

I'm not sure if anyone has
already posted this (I'm new to the site). But I do know for a fact that a
lot of railroad work ( I think Southern Pacific) was conducted during the
time of the murders. Might it be possible that a worker/s could have
commited the murders?

Did you ever buy drugs from them? Being such a striate arrow and all … LOL
I would think the weekend would have been a busy time for drug dealers and
would have always had someone looking for them for some kind of fix.

If you knew these guys were so bad then why would you drive the boys to
ripp off drugs from them if you were afraid of them in the first place?

my friends safety
that was what it was in it for me
they were going to go do it anyways and
atleast i could drive fast and i was and still
a great driver and ask monte or anyone that
lol
but it was basically to safegurd my friends
that night and i surely did not save them
did i
failed on that account and the guilt continues
and will til i die
no i did not buy drugs off them and mostly squatted
off friends for hits of weed

umm david
remember i was immature and my social skills were
not all that good so i really was not good at buying
drugs and other stuff and was scared too as your
never knew who was the narc as remember i was new up
there and did not know very many people so i did not
know who was a narc or who was not. i was up there
to go to school and did not want to fail at that....
which i did anyways and i had to leave quincy after being
there for 17 months or three semesters up there.
it was not
the matter of money but staying safe and this
was one of the good ways to get hits off friends you
knew and knew they were not narcs..remember there was
alot of fear about narcs up there and alot of locals
thought frc people might be narcs or worst...said in an
earlier post and thread in the old forum.
i bought
beer for alot of my friends and it was a sorta trade off and we were able
to stay cool and be safe in
regards to narcs and others who might bust us for underage
drinking which happen all the time and still happens alot
up there as i have heard.
i hope this
clears this up a bit and we were tight in this
way as we did alot together and i might not of seen john
john and dana every day as i have said many times over
but i saw them several times a week and saw monte and laronda,cali and the
others alot more and they were really
my close friend and still are to this day.
